Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Buyers have 14 days from the time of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items with printing issues. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when received. Please note, sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Initiating a Request: To request a return or exchange, select the “Refund” option on our contact page. Describe the issue in detail, and include your order ID number and the email address used for the order.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within two weeks. If the original payment method is unavailable, an exchange will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Exclusions: Items purchased on sale or as custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty

  • GetCatShirts.com does not offer a warranty on our products beyond the conditions stated for returns and exchanges.
