Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions (Terms) governing your participation in the GetCatShirts.com Affiliate Program (the Program). By joining the Program, you (referred to herein as “Affiliate,” “Partner,” “Evangelist,” or similar terms) agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By joining the GetCatShirts.com Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Program.
2. Program Participation
- Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the minimum age in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Participation is subject to approval by GetCatShirts.com, and we reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.
- Account Setup: Affiliates must provide complete and accurate information during the signup process and are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.
3. Affiliate Obligations
- Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to promote GetCatShirts.com products using legitimate channels only. Spamming, unsolicited emails, or any form of harassment is prohibited.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements and regulations, including but not limited to, those related to privacy, intellectual property, and email marketing.
- Referral Name: The referral name chosen by the Affiliate cannot be a trademark owned by someone else or a name that would misrepresent who you are, such as using the name of a social media channel, celebrity, or brand not belonging to you. The referral name must not imply any false affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. Violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the username and may lead to the termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
4. Use of Marketing Materials
- GetCatShirts.com may provide Affiliates with promotional materials, such as banners, logos, and text links. Affiliates agree to use these materials appropriately, without alteration, unless prior written consent is given by GetCatShirts.com.
5. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the promotional materials and GetCatShirts.com products are owned by GetCatShirts.com. Affiliates have no rights other than the temporary right to use the materials for the purpose of the Program.
6. Commission and Payment
- Earnings: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate and structure are subject to change at the discretion of GetCatShirts.com.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, subject to any thresholds or conditions specified by GetCatShirts.com.
- Tax Obligations: Affiliates are responsible for paying all income tax and other tax obligations as outlined by the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
7. Termination
- Both GetCatShirts.com and the Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove all promotional materials from their channels.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- GetCatShirts.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify GetCatShirts.com against any claims arising from their promotional activities.
9. Amendments
- GetCatShirts.com reserves the right to update and change the Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.
